1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AjiraCenter, operated by NovaraSoftware.ai, Tanzania. By accessing or using AjiraCenter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use AjiraCenter.
• By using this platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Employers must represent a legitimate, registered business or organisation.

3. User Accounts

Job Seekers

• You register using your phone number and a PIN.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential.
• You may only create one account per phone number.

Employers

• You register with your company details and email address.
• You are responsible for all activity under your employer account.
• Job postings must be genuine, legal, and accurately described.

4. Application Credits

• Job seekers must purchase application credits to apply for jobs.
• Credits are purchased via mobile money through AzamPay.
• One (1) credit is deducted per job application submitted.
• Credits are non-transferable and linked to your account.

6. CV & Video Content

• All CV information and video introductions must be truthful and accurate.
• You retain ownership of your CV and video content.
• By submitting, you grant AjiraCenter a non-exclusive licence to share your CV and video with employers you apply to.
• Videos must be professional and must not contain inappropriate content.

7. Employer Obligations

• Job postings must reflect real, available positions.
• Employers must not post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory listings.
• Employers must handle applicant data with confidentiality.
• AjiraCenter is not responsible for hiring decisions of employers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Use AjiraCenter for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

AjiraCenter provides a platform to connect job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee that any applicant will be hired or that any posting will receive applications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, NovaraSoftware.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AjiraCenter.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination due to violations.
