• Profile photo and video introduction (uploaded to our secure storage)

From Employers

• Company name, industry, and physical location
• HR contact name, email, and phone number
• Account password (stored securely)

Payment Information

• Mobile phone number used for payment
• Transaction amount and reference
• Payment is processed securely via AzamPay. We do not store your full mobile money credentials.

Technical Data

• Browser type, device information, and IP address
• Pages visited and time spent on the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match job seekers with relevant job opportunities
• To send your CV and application to employers you apply to
• To notify employers of new applications via email
• To process payments for application credits
• To manage your account and provide customer support
• To improve our platform and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations in Tanzania

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following cases:

• With Employers: When you apply for a job, your CV and video are shared with that specific employer.
• With Service Providers: We use Supabase (database and file storage) and AzamPay (payment processing). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by Tanzanian law or court order.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage for videos and photos, and secure password handling. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You may request a copy of your personal data we hold.
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
